Our classes use very little PowerPoint and a lot of interactive real life examples. No one wants to teach in front of a class of smart but bored people, and they don't want to be taught that way either. By the use of interactive discussions and simulations we can create an environment of experiential learning.

About
RICHARD SUNNY [Head of Customer Success], a hands on Technical Project Manager, with MS in Software Project Management from FAST National University, and a self-motivated Agilist having a CAL-E, CAL-O, A-CSM & Scrum@Scale Practitioner badges.
Richard possesses diversified experience in Strategic Management, Design Thinking, Portfolio Management, Change Management, Business Process Redesign and is a product management expert specialized in digital products. He has more than 10 years experience in teaching product managers and product owners, advising product leaders, and helping companies build successful product management organizations.
My clients call me when they’re not seeing the results they expect from their organization. They’ve tried new processes, change programs, and new methods. They may have the people and skills that should produce results–but something isn’t clicking, in spite of all their efforts.
However, in my experience, the issues they are seeing are symptoms. I work with my clients to identify the visible—and sometimes invisible—factors within the environment that contribute to the problems they see. So they can adjust the environment and their team will function and work more effectively together to solve problems like creating great products and services.
